As a Crypto Legal Sales Expert, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by connecting our tailored legal and compliance solutions with the unique needs of clients in the fast-evolving crypto space from product sales to consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or legal advisory roles, preferably in the crypto or tech industries.
• B2B experience within consulting, legal industries
• Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3 technologies, and the regulatory environment is a plus.
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and similar outreach or CRM tools.
• Success in creating and managing outreach campaigns, personalising client engagement, and booking consultations.
• Ability to analyse funnel data, implement A/B testing, and optimise the sales pipeline.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English (C1 Level)
• Additional languages such as Russian or other languages are a plus
• Ownership of digital assets or a personal interest in the crypto space.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Establishing and maintaining contact through emails and calls (at least 20 emails/messages per day and at least 5 meetings per week).
• Effectively handling objections, identifying client pain points, and offering tailored solutions that meet their needs and compliance requirements.
• Taking an active role in designing strategies for entering new markets and identifying potential clients.
• Crafting scripts and templates for outbound communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns, and with the legal team to tailor solutions to client-specific regulatory challenges.
• Attending industry events and conferences to network with potential clients, identify market trends, and provide feedback to the product and strategy teams
